Projectomschrijving
De hypothese die in dit project getoetst zal worden is, dat de door STa geïnduceerde vloeistof
secretie in de darm geremd kan worden via de remming van de GC‐C receptor activiteit. Het
tweede doel is minstens twee nieuwe GC‐C inhibitoren te synthetiseren waarvoor in vivo
activiteit aangetoond kan worden.
