Project description
The aim of this research proposal is the synthesis of a novel porous hybrid nanomaterial, in which nitrogen-rich covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) are covalently grown onto a conductive carbon substrate. The CTFs contain the active sites for the metal-free electrocatalytic conversion of CO2, while the substrate ensures a good conductivity. The resulting hybrid materials will be evaluated in the electrochemical conversion of CO2.
