Project description

Myosin II was detected in invasive breast cancer cellines but not in not-invasive ones. The causal relationship between pyosin II and invasion is investigated and the actionmechanism, which presumably implicaties cadherins and integrins, is studied. Furthermore the effect of anti-invasive agents on myosin II, and the expression of the molecule in surgically removed breast cancer specimens fall within the project.
