Innovatiedoelstelling
Het innovatiedoel van deze studie is om na te gaan of de toepassing van CBT-I als aanvulling op pijneducatie en cognitie-gerichte oefentherapie, een significant beter effect heeft op het verminderen van de pijn en het verbeteren van de slaap bij patiënten met spinale pijn en insomnia ten opzichte van een controle behandeling.
