Project description
Innovation objective
The innovation goal of this study is to determine whether the use of CBT-I as an adjunct to pain education and cognition-oriented exercise therapy has a significantly better effect on pain reduction and sleep improvement in patients with spinal pain and insomnia compared to a control treatment.
