Project description

This project aims to investigate the role of the transcription factors Ets-1, E4BP4 and GATA-3 in the development of human natural killer cells by overexpression as well as deletion of these transcription factors in human cord blood CD34+ precursors and human embryonic stem cells, respectively. These modified precursors will then be allowed to differentiate into natural killer cells in vitro.
