Projectomschrijving

Het optimale ontwerp van beloningscontracten in een projectomgeving zal onderzocht worden. Als de projecteigenaar de projectopvolging uit handen geeft aan een aannemer, zullen conflicterende belangen ontstaan. Een contract zal opgemaakt worden om de wederzijdse belangen op elkaar af te stemmen. De aannemer zal technieken gebruiken om het project en de bijhorende beloningen optimaal te kunnen opvolgen.
