Tapping the richness of the recent governance turn in International Relations, this study will deep dive into Multi-level Governance and Policy Transfer embedded in ASEAN higher education with a particular focus on ASEAN-Philippine interface. There will be three sub-studies emphasising different aspects in terms of level (global, regional, national, local) and directions of governance (downloading and uploading).
