Project description

This research will focus on the emerging legal issues that arise from agreeing on arbitration in the context of electronic contracts. It will take into consideration the validity requirements of electronic arbitration agreement and the impact of public policy rules to its effects. It will examine the compatibility of fundamental principles of arbitration and unconscionable and illconsidered nature of electronic contracts.
