Project description
This project will dig deeper into how to effectively communicatie that a healthy product is also tasty, in order to constrain time-inconsistent choices of consumers. Two main objectives will be pursued. First, we will explore how incongruent food claims on products affect consumer behavior. Second, we will study the differential effect between implicit cues and explicit labels.
