Projectomschrijving

In dit project zullen de substraten van cathepsines die een rol spelen in apoptose met een gelvrije proteoomanalytische techniek in detail gekarakteriseerd worden. Eerst zullen "in vitro" catalogen gemaakt worden, waarna de bekomen resultaten met "in vivo" opstellingen verder onderzocht zullen worden.
