Projectomschrijving

In dit project zal de hematopoietische stamcelvorming uit pluripotente stamcellen bestudeerd worden aan de hand van reporter stamcellen. Er zullen reporter stamcellen aangemaakt worden voor MEIS1, PU.1 en CD3epsilon. Vervolgens zullen deze gebruikt worden om de niche waarin de hematopoietische stamcellen gevormd worden confocale microscopisch te bestuderen.
