Projectomschrijving

T-lymfocyten ontstaan uit hematopoëtische stamcellen en hun differentiatieproces is afhankelijk van de integratie van verschillende transcriptionele regulatoren waaronder GATA3, TCF1, BCL11B en Notch signalisatie. De kinetiek en expressie niveau’s van deze factoren zijn cruciaal om T cellen te genereren. In dit project onderzoeken we hoe deze factoren interageren om downstream genexpressie te reguleren tijdens normale humane T cel ontwikkeling.
