Project description
By analyzing a differentiated body of texts, written by members of three successive generations of three different Dutch families who were affected by the historical trauma of the Holocaust, this research project aims to examine both how the phenomenon of trauma and its transmission is represented in the given texts and how this translates into their formal and generic construction.
