Project description
The aim of this study is the development of a diagonal chromatographic based technology for the study of O-GlcNAc-modified proteins and its applications for the analysis of the dynamic interplay between O-GlcNAc-modifications and phosphorylation. Finally, the technology will be used for an in depth study to show the importance of O-glycosylation (O-GlcNAc) and phosphorylation in a model of necrotic cell death.
