Projectomschrijving

De symbiose tussen legumineuzen en rhizobia resulteert in nieuwe wortelorganen, nodulen, waarin de bacterie stikstof fixeert. Hier trachten we een integraal beeld te verkrijgen van de ontwikkeling van het noduleprimordium via een genoom-wijdde transcriptoom analyse door middel van Laser Capture Microdissection en anderzijds door de rol van CLE peptide signalisatie verder na te gaan.
