Projectomschrijving

De klassieke methoden voor het bepalen van eiwitstructuren worden nu vaak aangevuld met conformationele proteomics. Deze combinatie overbrugt eiwitstructuur, dynamica en eiwitinteracties. Maar data interpretatie, integratie en visualizatie algoritmes zijn momenteel ontoereikend. Daarom gaan we PepShell 2.0 ontwikkelen: een gebruikersgericht, overkoepelend platform voor een waaier aan toepassingen om eiwitstructuur te bepalen.
