Projectomschrijving

Vanuit een proteogenomics perspectief zal biologische software ontwikkeld worden om de resultaten van ribosoomprofilering en massaspectrometrie te combineren. Dit zal toelaten de translatie en zijn controle op een uitvoerige manier te bestuderen. De wet-lab experimenten worden uitgevoerd op cellijnen en nadien ook op embryoïde en organoïde bodies, als benadering van in vivo weefsel.
