Project description

By organic synthesis aphiphilic molecules are prepared with the ability to form hydrophobic multimolecular complexes with DNA. Their efficiency with respect to itact transport of DNA into the cellular nucleus will be evaluated using biophysical techniques such as FRAP, DLS, FCS and Single Particle Tracking.
