Projectomschrijving

De regulatie van genexpressie in een organisme is een belangrijke component in het vertalen van het genotype naar het finale fenotype. Genexpressie wordt op meerdere niveaus gereguleerd en transcriptiefactoren hebben een bepalende functie. Dit project heeft als hoofddoel de conservatie van transcriptionele regulatie in planten te bestuderen op basis van experimentele high-throughput data (i.c. ChIP-seq).
