Project description

T-ALL ontstaat uit maligne transformatie van thymocyten en komt vaak bij kinderen voor. Recentelijk werd PHF6 geïdentificeerd als een nieuw tumor suppressorgen in het Centrum voor Medische Genetica Gent. Het doel van dit project is om de rol van PHF6 in de ontwikkeling van normale T-cellen en T-ALL te onderzoeken, en PHF6-gereguleerde transcriptionele netwerken te ontrafelen.
