Dit project is gericht op de ontwikkeling van nieuwe systeembiologische methoden voor de identificatie van genen, pathways of biologische mechanismen die aan de oorsprong van de vorming van neuroblastoma tumoren liggen. In dit project ontwikkel ik een differentiële netwerk analyse, waarin biologische netwerken van verscheidene organismen differentiëel met elkaar vergeleken worden.
