Project description

This project is aimed at developing new system biology methods for the identification of important genes, pathways, or biological mechanisms, involved in neuroblastoma tumorigenesis. I propose to develop a differential network analysis, which differentially compares biological networks of two or more groups of organisms by using genetic information.
