Projectomschrijving

In het licht van de recent geïdentificeerde Th9 cellen en de hernieuwde belangstelling voor het IL-9 signaalcomplex, is dit project erop gericht structurele en biofysische informatie te leveren om de mechanistische principes van de assemblage van IL-9-gemedieerde signaalcomplexen te ontrafelen. Dit zal gebeuren met behulp van een gecombineerde structurele biologische aanpak.
