Project description

In light of the recently identified Th9 cell subset and the renewed interest in the IL-9 signalling complex, this project aims to provide structural and biophysical information to unravel the mechanistic principles underlying the assembly of IL-9-mediated signalling complexes. This will be done by using an integrative structural biology approach.
