We onderzoeken de rol van gelsoline in kankercelinvasie door gebruik te maken van kleine antilichamen (nanobodies) afkomstig van llamas. De Nanobodies worden biochemisch, biofysisch en biologisch gekarakteriseerd en gebruikt in levende cellen om hun gedrag te moduleren.
