Peptiden zullen geisoleerd worden uit de MHC complexen aanwezig op CLL B cellen. Deze peptiden zullen onderzocht worden op hun potentieel om een T cel respons te veroorzaken. De peptiden die in saat zijn een T cel reactiviteit teweeg te brengen zullen geïdentificeerd worden via massa spectrometrische analyse.
