Projectomschrijving
In dit project wordt het potentieel van glycosiden van essentiële oliën onderzocht om een vertraagde vrijstelling in het gastro-intestinaal stelsel van gespeende biggen te bekomen. Hiertoe wordt de glycosidase activiteit in het maag-darmkanaal in kaart gebracht en wordt een mathematisch model ontwikkeld om de vrijstelling van de actieve component, in casu de essentiële olie, te voorspellen.
