Project description

Female infertility is largely caused by increased age, coinciding with increased aneuploidy and inferior cytoplasm. We will identify RNA cargo in extracellular vesicles derived from follicular fluid and stem cells in human and animal models, and check their function during final oocyte maturation. Aneuploidy and cytoplasmic inferiority will be eliminated by generation of oocytes by nuclear transfer and haploidization.
