This research pursues two main objectives. The first objective is to identify the extent to which multiple job holders have adequate access to social protection in Europe, as laid down in Article 12 of the European Pillar of Social Rights. The second objective is to examine how the Belgian social protection scheme can be redesigned to ensure adequate social protection for atypical workers. These objectives are investigated through a legal comparative analysis.
