Deregulatie van componenten van het ubiquitine systeem is geassocieerd met meerdere ziektes waaronder kanker. In dit project wensen we de moleculaire mechanismen te ontrafelen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de regulatie en activiteit van de de-ubiquitinases en tumor suppressoren A20 en CYLD.
