The current LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA gravitational-wave detectors are expected to be upgraded to A+ sensitivities while we await an even bigger leap in sensitivities with future detectors such as Einstein Telescope and Cosmic Explorer. With improved sensitivities, we will see numerous signals, as well as sources of new and different kinds. Several complications come in, including overlap of multiple signals as well as higher possibility of contamination of signals with detector glitches. In this project, we will address some of these data analysis challenges with state-of-the-art advancements in gravitational-wave waveform modelling, modelled and unmodelled parameter inference techniques, as well as machine learning innovations.
