Dit project heeft tot doel nieuwe methodes te ontwikkelen voor het karakteriseren van eiwitglycosylatiepatronen van serumeiwitten, en deze toe te passen binnen klinische vraagstellingen. Meer specifieke merkers voor levercirrhose en tumoren onderzocht, naast de invloed van veroudering op de glycosylatiepatronen van plasma hormonen en hormoonbindende eiwitten.
