Projectomschrijving
In dit project zal de inductie van neo-antigen specifieke T-cel responsen door neo-antigen beladen dendritische cel vaccinaties bestudeerd worden in patiënten met niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom. De immuunresponsen zullen gecorreleerd worden met de klinische respons. Bovendien zal een recent beschreven, innate PD1+CD8αα+ T-cel populatie bestudeerd worden in tumorlaesies.
