Projectomschrijving

Dit project zal de blootstelling aan mycotoxines in België in kaart brengen via de directe meting van blootstellingsbiomerkers in ochtendurine van een representatieve steekproef van de Belgische bevolking met behulp van een gevalideerde LC-MS/MS methode. Verbanden tussen de gemeten biomerkers en de gerapporteerde consumptie van verschillende voedinsgmiddelengroepen zowel de dag voor de urinecollectie als de vorige maand, zullen onderzocht worden.
