biomarkers of exposure mycotoxins urine Belgium

Project description

This project will perform an exposure assessment for mycotoxins in Belgium by direct measurements of biomarkers of exposure in morning urine of a representative part of the Belgian population using a validated LC-MS/MS method. Correlations between mycotoxin concentrations measured and the foods consumption reported of both the day before the urine collection and the previous month, will be estimated.
