Recente EFSA richtlijnen (2010) stellen dat de in vivo efficaciteit en de veiligheid van de op heden beschikbare mycotoxine binders dient bestudeerd te worden. Dit project heeft tot doel de meest gebruikte mycotoxine binders te identificeren en te testen op mogelijke interacties met oraal toegediende veterinaire geneesmiddelen. Hiervoor zullen in vitro en in vivo proeven uitgevoerd worden.
