Description
De Synapt G2-Si is een veelzijdig Q-TOF-apparaat met Ion Mobility Separation (IMS) en Electron Transfer Dissociation (ETD)-mogelijkheden. Het biedt een overvloed aan verschillende acquisitiestrategieën, waarvan de meest prominente HDMSE of ion mobility-assisted data-independent acquisition en HDDDA of ion mobility-assisted data-dependent acquisition zijn. Hierbij worden zowel identificatie als kwantificering uitgevoerd op DIA-data. De Synapt G2-Si is gekoppeld aan een Nano Acquity LC-systeem, dat zowel capillaire als nano-flow LC kan uitvoeren.
