Project description
This study focuses on school burnout in higher education students. The first research question examines the underlying mechanisms (i.e., early maladaptive schemas, stressors, and emotion regulation strategies). A second research question explores the differences in mechanisms between school burnout and depressive symptoms. The data was collected through longitudinal questionnaire research, interviews, a 7-day diary study and a psychophysiological study using ECG.
