Keywords
SPET opioidreceptor dogs functional imaging opioidradioligand serotonine-A2-receptor analgesia

Project description

Study about opioidligand-binding on opioid-receptors (u) in the central nervous system to evaluate the specific distribution and density of the u-receptors in dogs. Therefore, a specific opioidradioligand will be developed, followed by imaging of opioid- and serotonine-receptorbinding by SPET. Finally the influence of the administration way on binding will be examined.
