Projectomschrijving

Dit onderzoek wil de wetenschappelijke kennis over de oorzaken van ethnische residentiële segregatie uitbreiden. In het bijzonder wil het drie traditionele (Amerikaanse) verklaringstheorieën testen in en aanpassen aan de Belgische context. Deze drie theorieën zijn het ecologische perspectief, de ruimtelijke assimilatie theorie en de discriminatie theorie.
