Project description

The aim of this project is the construction of a tissue array starting from paraffin embedded tissue from neuroblastoma tumors. These arrays will be used for the validation of previously generated research data such as gene expression analysis and arrayCGH. This will allow us to investigate interesting findings on a large panel of tumors in one experiment. The following techniques will be used in the analysis: fluorescene in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.
