Projectomschrijving

In dit project willen we de groei-regulatorische netwerken van planten in milde droogte blootleggen. We bestuderen groei in droogte als quantitatief kenmerk in een collectie van 100 natuurlijke Arabidopsis accessies. Door het volledige transcriptoom aan de phenotypes te linken kunnen we het netwerk die groei tijdens droogte in planten reguleert ontrafelen.
