The main goal of this project is to gain insight into the epigenetic alterations that contribute to neuroblastoma (NB) development and progression. We aim at identifying genes and signaling pathways that are disturbed in the different NB subtypes with special attention for possible druggable targets. Moreover, attention will go to an improved prognostic stratification for NB patients and the selection of NB patients who qualify for such new treatment.
