Project description
The quantitative risk assessment model will be optimized and extended by following a retail to table approach. Exposure and health risks of the consumers imputed to the presence of Campylobacter spp. Will be examined. The efficiency of intervention measures for reducing the prevalence and the contamination levels of Campylobacter spp. In poultry products will be determined and evaluated.
