Project description

Both in academic literature and in practice conflicting views exist on the role of resource slack in companies. This project studies the impact of financial slack, human resource slack and their interaction on the performance of entrepreneurial ventures. For this purpose, we use a large-scale longitudinal database of European technology-based ventures from six European countries.
