Project description
 

In this project we will investigate the causes en functional consequence of the diversification of dendritic cells and macrophages using a systems immunology approach. Cell-cell signaling networks will be used to look at the effects of the microenvironment on cell differentiation, while module networks will allow us to investigate the changes in gene expression.
