ELISA TNT immunoassays PFIA

Project description

Rapid immunoanalytical methods for TNT and related compounds will be designed. Using the antibody as "principle active force" of the analytical methods, the immunoassays allow reaching high specificity and sensititivy of the analyte determination without long-term preliminary purification of the samples. Polarization fluoroimmunoassay (PFIA), magnetoimmunnoassays (m-IA), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and clean-up tandem immunoassay will be developed and optimized.
