Dit strategisch basisonderzoeksprogramma omvat vier tracks:
- Track 1 focust op applicatie- en softwarebeveiliging.
- Track 2 omvat strategische beveiligingsservices.
- Track 3 behelst systeem- en infrastructuurbeveiliging.
- Track 4 richt zich op technologische bouwblokken voor beveiliging.
UGent is actief in track 3 en voert onderzoek uit gericht op multi-variante uitvoeringstechnieken gebaseerd op diversiteit voor systeembeveiliging, en op methodes en tools voor veilig gebruik van softwareprotecties.
