Deze studie vormt een deel van een cross-nationaal comparatief onderzoek naar stigmatisering, met als einddoel het opstellen en testen van een multidisciplinair multilevel model. Aan de hand van gestandaardiseerde face-to-face interviews in een representatieve steekproef van de algemene bevolking worden in een 25-tal landen de denkbeelden, attitudes en gedragsintenties tegenover personen met psychische problemen vergeleken.
